Homeopathy Demystified: How to Heal Your Body and Mind

January 13, 2020

with Sandi Kaplan

Monday, January 13

Homeopathy is a holistic system of healthcare that believes symptoms of illness represent the body's effort to express imbalance. Oftentimes, when we treat these symptoms with medication, we stop the body from expressing an underlying need and risk driving disease further inward. Once we understand the underlying cause of illness, a homeopathic remedy can be administered, which can help the body heal itself. Sandi Kaplan will explain how homeopathy works and show us how to use homeopathic remedies in our daily lives to help with a variety of acute ailments. Bring your questions and your own stories for an interactive evening.

About Sandi:

Sandi runs Divine Monkey Homeopathy. She has been in private practice since 2003, serving the general population as well as particular communities such as women and children experiencing homelessness, women with cancer, LGBT communities and youth and people living on low incomes. In addition to general homeopathic services, she offers travel remedy kits, vaccination alternatives and student supervision. Additionally, Sandi is a trained Trauma Informed Care practitioner.

Divine Monkey Homeopathy believes quality healthcare is the right of all people and is dedicated to treating people of varying ages, cultures, ethnicities, economic backgrounds, gender expressions and lifestyles.

Foot Class

with Morgan Perry

Second Fridays of the month

6:00 - 7:15pm

Upcoming Dates:

No class in January.

Next class February 14

Our feet are the first things we put on the floor in the morning and the last things we take off at night - but do we ever actually do anything to help them along when they start complaining? Do you know what to do to help tired feet? Or even that your feet can have major influences on your knees, hips, back and even headaches? This class discusses how to walk, stand, and shod your feet for best health. Exercises use small tools for release and strengthening, and body inquiry and awareness is taught to learn how your feet and body can live in harmony! Drop-ins are welcome, but registration in advance is helpful. For any questions, please contact Morgan
