Simple postures, co-ordination of breath and movement, and techniques of deep relaxation and meditation for stress relief and centering. When you enter this class, you are welcomed and respected exactly as you are. Our practice together will be continuously and kindly adapted to meet your needs as an individual, considering where you're at physically and mentally, and what your priorities and goals are. 

 

All the classes are offered as monthly series that start fresh at the beginning of the month. Class size is intentionally kept very small, to allow for the kind of time and communication that this individually tailored kind of practice requires. The "Gentle" class emphasizes movements and breath that heal the nervous system. The "Intermediate" class focuses more on developing strength in the body. The mixed level classes offer a bit of both, with an extended practice on Saturday morning for a little more time to explore philosophy and subtle energetics.
